To the attention of:

His Excellency Donald Trump,
The President of the United States
White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20500, USA

Dear Donald Trump_address

Pour le français

On Friday 10 April 2020 a fruit carrier named Trinidad left the Port of Antwerp, Belgium to arrive at the port of Casablanca on Thursday 16 April 2020 with a delivery of arms on board the ship.  The captain of the Trinidad is a Greek and his name is Mr. Dimitrios Vassilios.

The disruption of humanitarian aid traffic is probably at the root of the battle

10 April 2020 was the same day when I posted the 2nd Wave on LinkedIn.  That post was visited and seen by someone in Kenitra, and I have no connections in Morocco as whole on LinkedIn.

Vanilla Finance Card – https://shoutout.wix.com/so/73N5ZEfi3#/main

The disturbing factor in my message on LinkedIn, according to me, could bethe Vanilla Finance card replacing the humanitarian aid in cash, as well as the incorporated census of population in distress.  All the solutions are aimed at disrupting human trafficking, at least in the form we know it today

Weapons and Explosives from FN in Herstal

The load in Trinidad has been described as 200 weapons, including state-of-the-art fully automatic pistols, revolvers, silencers and 100 kg of SEMTEX, the world’s most powerful flammable explosive, which is stored in a cold room on the ship.  The material could easily explode at 24 degrees Celsius. It is so powerful that only a small amount, as much as a cup of coffee, could pulverize an office tower. Caution is strongly recommended. It is best to detonate the explosive away from land, at sea for example. It is said that the weapons are made by FN Herstal.

The Seller

The seller of the weapons is reportedly Jos Delcroix,  The name rings a bell to me as the founder of Deldo Autobanden, a company dealing with tyres, is also called Jos Delcroix, and he is also experienced with shipments to various countries.

In the context of the financing of the international terrorism, it is important to avoid amalgamation and errors.  This is why it is necessary for the police to verify if a different man than the one I know is dealing with illegal weapon trade and with international terrorism.

the Ship  “Impérial”

Another ship left the Port of Antwerp on Friday 10 April 2020.  It is named the Imperial and it carries tobacco. It apparently accompanies Trinidad until somewhere halfway to Morocco in the open sea where they change cargo.  They plan to transfer the tobacco which is onboard the Imperial to the other ship named Trinidad, which will now carry tobacco to Morocco. The fruit which is on Trinidad will be transferred to the Imperial. The Imperial continues to Rotterdam. The Imperial has a French captain and his name is Marc Dutroit.

Both the Trinidad and the Imperial are properties of the same owner, of whom I did not receive the name.  The ships are registered in the Domenican Republic.

There is Question of forged shipping documents

The related shipping papers are reportedly arranged by Francis Vermeiren, the former mayor of Zaventem.  He arranged for false shipping papers that are so-well forged that you don’t see it.

End-buyers are presumed Polisario in Western Sahara

The final destination of the weapons would be the Polisario in Western Sahara. Hence, everytime when they need to embezzle or fraud, they blame it on the Polisario.  That is why it is important to carry out this verification as quickly as possible, because there is no evidence that the weapons are actually going to the Polisario.  The weapons could just as easily be diverted to other groups in other countries, including in Europe.  I think, for example, that there could be a link with the current riots in Anderlecht, an area of Brussels densely populated by Moroccan migrants.

So the buyers of these weapons are presumed to be the Polisario. The intermediary Polisario seller is said to be a colonel in the Moroccan army, whose name has not yet been specified. The colonel plans to send a lower-ranking officer, such as a lieutenant, to receive the weapons.  The colonel intends to make money by selling the arms to the Polisario front.

The Polisario’s not ready to be rolled

This information comes from a former member of the Polisario front who fled to Germany where he works at the port. He was particularly worried that the colonel of the Moroccan army was being duped by Mr. Jos Delcroix with false documents.  “And if the weapons were stolen, the Polisario should buy them and pay with real money?  There’s no question of that,” he explained.   He declared that Jos Delcroix is a completely despicable racist who mocks and jokes with the colonel of the Moroccan army for whom he has no respect.  He treats him like his slave.
The only effective response to the contempt, the slavery of our military and the illegal arms trade between Belgium and Morocco is to suspend trade relations between the two countries, if only for a short period of time.

I have already suggested this earlier in connection with human trafficking by boat, which is a crime against humanity and for which all countries in the world must take the toughest possible sanctions. Previous cases could involve the same protagonists in this issue of weapon trafficking:

Could I call on the French coast guard and the French army to locate the Trinidad, to stop the shipment of the arms, and to neutralize the explosives. I will be requesting cooperation from the other countries along the Atlantic coast between France and North Africa.

Apply the Nice measure

May I ask the French judicial authorities to freeze the assets of those involved in the illegal firearms trade, namely Mr. Francis Vermeiren, Mr. Jos Delcroix, Mr. Marc Dutroit and the Moroccan colonel, whose name, age and residence we are verifying, as well as His Excellency Lucien Leuwenkroon, which is the supreme authority in Casablanca for all trade between Belgium and Morocco, which has the invoices and certificates of origin and copies of all documentation relating to all shipments between Belgium and Morocco, including the forged documents by his friend Mr. Francis Vermeiren. If he is a suspect, can I request the freezing of his assets in France as well?

I will inform you as soon as I know more about the name of the Moroccan Colonel and if he has assets in France.

The freeze of assets should be performed in the context of the financing of international terrorism. May I recommend to extend the Nice agreement also towards freezing the assets of the first degree family members ?

My sweet France, you’ve got to make someone pay

The Nice measure is a proposal made to your predecessor, His Excellency President François Hollande, following the attacks in Nice on 14 July 2017.

The measure is to make the families of the terrorists and the families of their financiers inoperable. This means that they must be completely removed from the market or society, that they must be fired, that no one is allowed to rent or lend them money. It means the total destruction of families in order to discourage support for extremist groups, and to ensure that nobody else would ever take this deadly step to serve an economic policy that benefits only a few Nazis in Europe.

I thank you greatly Your Excellency President Emmanuel Macron of the French Republique for your cooperation. The whole of Morocco will be grateful for your intervention.

Yours sincerely,
