To President Elect His Excellency Joe Biden
A Merry Christmas to you, your family, the whole team of the Office of the President Elect, and an to all the people in the USA.
If I am addressing this report to you, it is because as the next President of the United States in a few weeks, you will be concerned with this file and with the consequences of it in Europe, Middle East and Africa, in Latin America, Canada, Autralia and in the whole of Asia.
In July 1993, a traffic accident occurred in St. Louis (Missouri), USA. Two young lawyers were among the victims. Their names were Bert Humphreys and Bill Stillerton and they lost their lives on July 27, 1993 in a road accident involving two cars and a truck.
Only the driver of the truck had escaped the crash, and he turned out to be a dangerous gangster with an alleged criminal record. He is in fact a specialist in murders with car accidents. His nickname is Joey the Midget who comes from Chicago and he is a member of the Bonanno mafia. He is now 83 years old and still lives in New York. In July 1993, he received 250 000 USD from the lawyer Inès Wouters to cause the accident.
This article provides a profile of Miss Inès Wouters who is a Belgian lawyer who misuses her position to finance hatred through the secret accounts that were opened with fake identities with many banks in many countries, and perhaps hate finance took place on Christmas day also in Nashville, where a bomb ripped apart the AT&T buildings, among others. She is the woman who stands out in the number of bank accounts created on 11 September 2001, the day of the terrorist attacks against the World Trade Center in New York.
I am exposing a new case which highlights the mechanism which could also be the one with which the elections on 3 November were perhaps rigged in certain States:
The money for Joey the Midget was deposited in his account with Chase Manhattan, and the amount came from a secret account at the Bank of New York Mellon in New York in the name of Denise Watteau d’Ixelles, which is probably a false Belgian identity of Inès Wouters, who is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar. Joey the Midget would have received the money in advance, some 14 days before the day of the murder of the two young American lawyers.
In the U.S. – as in most countries – lawyers do not behave “collegially” like in Belgium, where one lawyer will cover for the other even if he is a gangster
Lawyer Inès Wouters knows the two young lawyers in the context of a murder trial in which a man allegedly had beaten his wife to death. The perpetrator’s name is David Samuelson. His wife and fatal victim is Elisabeth Montjoie.
David Samuelson’s husband claims to have found his wife dead, but DNA analysis proved otherwise, as his blood was found on the victim’s body. He had injured himself during the deadly blows he had inflicted on his victim.
David Samuelson worked as a brewery worker at Budweiser’s. He knew Samuel Hall, who was murdered on the orders of Her Highness Princess Jacqueline de Croÿ in connection with stock market shares.
David Samuelson had taken Maître Inès Wouters as his lawyer and at the Criminal Court of Saint Louis, she would have pleaded for the release of David Samuelson, and she did that under her real identity which corresponds with all the credentials she has as an attorney at law.
It is also because of the true identity that I discovered the case, because someone recognized the name of Inès Wouters in the list of secret accounts based on false identities concerning the attacks of September 11, 2001 against the World Trade Center in New York, and I was asked if it was the same lawyer who worked for Afschrift (a prestigious law firm in Brussels). I confirmed it, because Inès Wouters invited me to her office at Avenue Louise once in 2012.
That was the first time I spoke to her, because I have seen her two or three times that year at the intercultural conference of the Church of Scientology in Brussels. The mere fact that she was the only Belgian did not make me want to talk to her at all. A Moroccan deputy named Mohamed Brika, who meant to be helpful had recommended her to me. He was praising her because to him she seemed keen on Morocco where “she bought houses”. I strongly doubted his opinion on certain Belgians who “buy” real estate in Morocco. They are colonizers!
With much reluctance, I sent her a letter. I did not know this lady, even if she was having a catastrophic effect on my life during at least 24 years at that moment. Even though I didn’t know her at all, I had found the Enemy in her as soon as she asked me to become her friend. Such a proposal can only come from the Enemy because friendship is not something that can be imposed. I immediately dropped further contact with this woman.
The family of Elisabeth Montjoie (the victim of David Samuelson) had taken as lawyers Bert Humphreys (24 years old) and Bill Stillerton (27 years old). Perhaps the U.S. Court ignored all the circumstances prior to the deadly car accident, in which the two lawyers perished, which was classified as a collision. The circumstances are as follows:
The two young lawyers began a search for additional arguments to win the legal case as soon as they discovered that lawyer Inès Wouters had said that her client was not a criminal and the he was innocent.
The two young lawyers tried to put forward the bad morals or the unethical attitude of this Belgian lawyer in order to convince the judges, and they succeeded in finding the additional arguments. It is in their honor that I make their research work known to the public:
Inès Wouters lived in America from January 1991 to December 1994. She lived there under a fake identity names, Edith Colbert, who was supposedly born in Austin, Texas, an identity that Mr. Daniel Renson had arranged for her in a situation of great panic and emergency. I recently recognized Daniel Renson in a photo in the context of the Brabant Killers in an eyewitness call from the Belgian Federal Police. In my reaction to the police, I pointed out the false identities he allegedly produced and sold in several criminal cases.
This fact is very important to prove my innocence in a trial in which I was accused of visa forgery and I have never seen the visa that I was accused of nor did I made one myself. I was arrested on December 17, 1990. Three-fifths of my life were destroyed by this. The court considered the real authors of the swindle as “untraceable” and by maintaining this position, they were therefore protecting them and exposing my life to failures, because they are Belgians. I am not. I just want my country to understand that this is how they go about every Arab, Muslim and Moroccan, and that we must develop the same attitude towards them in my country.
Inès Wouters would have paid US$27,500 for her new papers to Daniel Renson in December 1990 through the Bank of New York Mellon. I hereby attach the secret accounts of Daniel Renson and Inès Wouters to allow an investigation of this payment.
Between January 1991 and December 1994, Master Inès Wouters first stayed in Austin, then in Saint Louis for 23 months. She would have travelled to America under the fake name of Edith Colbert, and she would have returned to Belgium under her real name, which I find suspicious. Perhaps she was wanted in America under her false identity Edith Colbert.
Hence, the protector of morality has proven to be unethical herself
In March 1993, Peter Vaughan, a real estate magnate known for his appetite for sex, organized a party where the keys to the cars of the male guests who came to such a party were placed in a box, after which a female guest was asked to take out a key and guess who the keys belonged to. After that, the plan is to go to bed with that person.
During this party, Ines was dead drunk. She was also allowed to fish a key out of the box, and she did everything that was expected of her. She was so drunk that she began talking to a group of guests, who were also drunk, about a Pink Ballet (a party in which everyone is nude) which she attended in 1991 in Austin.
A bystander had recorded her excesses on a tape and passed it onto the two young lawyers of the opposing side in the case of David Samuelson vs. Elisabeth Montjoie’s family. The tape still exists and in it she even says that she also has sex with dogs.
The young lawyers began to investigate their dishonest Belgian colleague in order to win their case by showing that the opposing lawyer is not credible because of her immoral behavior. By searching further, they came on trach of compromising nude photos of Ines Wouters showing her having sex with two men at the same time, but also with girls who work for Ghislaine Maxwell, and with male teenagers. The photos were taken by a sensation photographer named Vince Mathis who is from Los Angeles.
Several months after this party at Peter Vaughan’s house in July, Ines discovers that a cassette and naked photos of her were in the hands of the two lawyers of the opposing party at Court. She immediately planned everything with truck driver Joey the Midget to get rid of the two young lawyers in a car accident in which the two were together in the same vehicle.
However, in another vehicle, which was involved in the collision, was a woman with two young children. All the cars caught fire, resulting in a total of 5 victims. This attack was described as an ordinary “car accident”, and perhaps Ines bribed more people to obtain this qualification for the disaster, such as someone from the police.
A sixth victim in all this is William Parker of Boston who worked in the construction company and who was also photographed with Ines Wouters. He was one of the men who had sex with her. Five months later, he died of HIV-AIDS, which was transmitted to him by Ines Wouters. He was 32 years old. He died on November 27, 1994 in Boston. On December 9, 1994, Inès Wouters fled to Belgium again.
The defense of a murderer, the murder of 6 people, corruption, false identities, pink ballets, financial fraud, tax evasion, but also human trafficking involving brutal sexual slavery, especially with young Moroccan girls. Ines, in spite of all this, continues to present herself as a human rights lawyer to drag her victims, most of whom were migrants and refugees, deeper into poverty. She is a very racist woman, especially toward the Moroccan people. We shall return to her the same racism thousands of times over.
I was also offered to use copies of these photos as the two young lawyers wanted to do. I saw these unpleasant photos and said “no” to keeping just one in my pocket. I didn’t want to have these kinds of photos on me or on my computer for fear that people would think that I am a regular at such events, when I don’t even go out to dance even though I love to dance. At the age of 5, I was the best dancer in the Majorettes of Deurne. They didn’t go to shows without me.

In one of the photos I think I recognized another very controversial personality that I do not wish to mention, since she has a hereditary status that she could lose because of this. I want to fight and defend myself against her, but I wish to remain reasonable. I will in no way be able to put this lady on the same footing as Ines Wouters. I don’t want to bring down any big family in disgrace, even though they try to do this with mine for no reason in absolute terms, just out of racism.
As far as counterfeits or forgeries are concerned, I heard in the corridors of a courthouse that master Inès Wouters also acts as a trustee or a curator in case of bankruptcy of companies, and I then thought of Dim’s Bakery, a baker from Sint-Stevens-Woluwe who was hit hard by the fines thatbailiff Dirk Duflou had imposed on the owners who are Moroccan-Algerians. In court, it was decided to buy their own bakery back from the curator. The curator may have been lawyer Inès Wouters who conspires with Dirk Duflou in other dossiers perhaps like the eviction from my home at the end of 2014.
If she is the curator, Inès Wouters would have used a false identity to place the funds in an account under the false name of Germaine Colombier de Molenbeek-Saint-Jean who opened an account at the Afriland First Bank Congo Democratique on December 17, 2008, where she would have 97,608,143 euros at present. The Dim’s bakery would have been used to finance the rapes of women in Kivu and not master Inès Wouters. Through the intermediary of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Geneva (Switzerland), Inès will be able to launch an appeal to all rich countries to obtain humanitarian aid, medicines and surgical equipment for “repairs”. Then, she would transfer everything to her account at Credit Suisse to make investments such as taking over bakeries, to pay sentimental swindlers like Mohamed the Lebanese who probably received from her the instruction to seduce the daughter of a Moroccan-Algerian bakery family, for the payment of assassins like Joey the Midget, and to buy shares in the automotive industry like Audi, BMW, in the pharmaceutical sector at Johnson and Johnson, and the company Bois Sauvage, Bekaert, Greenyard, Ontex, Titan Cement, AT&.T, GE, Honeywell Inc. Manpower, Twitter, Air Liquid, Danone, and Sodexo among others.
Inès Wouters has held shares of Volkswagen in Wolfsburg between 1.5% and 2% since November 19, 1989 under the name Gerlinde Deutscher. She has also held shares in Audi under the name of Isabelle Neumann, which is a false German identity, also since November 19, 1989, and in BMW (1.9% of shares since 2007 under the name of Louisa Ferrière, which is a false Belgian identity.
In the United States, I will testify against lawyer Inès Wouters with my direct and indirect experiences with her (through her puppets) in order to obtain the highest possible punishment for her by the Supreme Court of the United States for the exploitation of the Moroccan people in all the countries where they are present, and for the death of six Americans in Saint Louis and in Boston, the thousands of deaths in the attacks of September 11, 2001 in New York, and the one unknown death in Nashville, just to name few attacks that come to mind.
I would like to ask the Belgian public prosecutor’s office to confiscate the nude photos of Inès Wouters and to examine them in the context of an HIV-related homicide. I will send the French version to the Kingdom of Morocco for a seizure of all the properties of Inès Wouters in Morocco to examine how precisely she acquired those properties. There is a lot more to her that I am not aware of.
I would like the press in the USA to publish everything they can find about the investigation into the recent bombings in Nashville Tennessee (United States) where Master Ines Wouters allegedly had a secret bank account dormant at the Fifth Third Bank in Nashville, and where she currently holds 153,337,908 USD (or 130,337,221 Euros) under the false American identity of Cindy Hopkins, who was allegedly born in Nashville. Please publish the details of that account in the press.
She would have opened this account on December 17, 1994, most likely to sow terror when the time came, perhaps like on Christmas day. Just like all the accounts she created on 11 September 2001 in several countries at the same time, she most likely arranged this through a broker (or a brokerage firm). Before creating the account in Nashville, she first needed to receive a new identity from Daniel Renson. To this end, she returned to Belgium on December 9, 1994.
This is why I have asked the President of the United States to close all the secret accounts on this list.
I have submitted the same to Her Excellency Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission, in a letter concerning Mr. Daniel Charles Renson who horribly murders foreign women and children and he usually hides them under many thick layers of cement, because just like lawyer Ines Wouters, he has investments in companies that produce cement, including Cold Crete in Denver and here in Belgium. In Belgium he is at least connected to Renson ventilation systems, but also cement and bricks, which I am still studying before announcing the name of the possible company in its portfolio and the possible link with a curious architectural development of a site entirely covered with concrete as if it were the ceiling of a bunkerbelow, in the asylum center of the Belgian Red Cross in Tournai.
There is also a monument on the top of a mass grave of people who were killed during World War II, while many refugees from war zones such as Iraq, Gaza and Syria found the smell of death in the air, especially near the showers and in an alleyway of which the wall is riddled with bullet holes. Do you think it could still be the smell of the fallen during World War II?
Moreover, the purpose of a monument is for visitors to be able to see it in order to understand what happened there. However, no one has access to the asylum center, as it is forbidden to anyone to enter it except refugees who live there and the Red Cross staff.
Do I need to explain which photo was taken when?
It’s as if I spent time in Auschwitz without ever going to Poland.
A possible link between the asylum center of the Belgian Red Cross and Inès Wouters would be that some refugees have taken her as their lawyer, something which the Belgiah Minister of Justice can verify and investigate who her clients are and what they did in their country of origin. Indeed, based on the example of David Samuelson above who prefers to take Inès Wouters as his lawyer rather than offering his trust to a local American lawyer, I suppose that most of her clients must be murderers like David Samuelson.
I myself stayed in this asylum center in 2019, and I heard people mentioning Inès Wouter’s name when Zaki, a young Palestinian boy, was robbed of his money, his USB key, his clothes, his perfumes and his strong and sleeping pills. These are two packs of 60 tablets and one pack of 100 tablets of brands like Alprazolan, Zeldiar and Tromodol, which are available only by prescription.
The alleged perpetrator was a young Iraqi man who was also his roommate in a medical room. The Iraqi had barely arrived in Belgium, did not speak a word of French and had already found a girlfriend who was Belgian from Tournai. He is a terribly handsome man, with a fine bone structure almost like that of a woman, with beautiful sleek hair which he kept long, with a smooth glowing skin and he is a hairdresser by profession too. If he’s smart, he’ll go far, but if he plays zigzag – which he apparently does – he’ll end up behind bars. He would definitely fit the role of a “loverboy” and this could be an indication of Ines Wouters’ presence. He dazzles, but he is very disgusting also. His room mate revealed to me that he had bedded the woman the same night he met her at a nightclub in Tournai. How shocking.
Zaki told me that the Iraqi needed these drugs for sex. He didn’t give me any more details about how it works, out of respect for me. A young Algerian man who is more relaxed, and to whom I had reported the theft explained to me that the Iraqi man was not going to use the pills himself, but that he was going to introduce them to a girl so that he could then easily manipulate her during sex. In Iraq, such a person is hanged in public. This may be the reason why he fled to Belgium. That asylum center in Tournai was full of male and female sex bombs from all corners of the world.
I immediately encouraged Zaki to visit the police. When he took further action, his coffee was poisoned and he ended up in the hospital. More information can be found in “Why the Red Cross did not call the police” and in “The Challenge of Humanitarian Aid to the Red Cross”.
The young Iraqi also wanted to pretend to be better than he really was, but he didn’t have the money. So he made do by stealing the good of others, and Zaki happens to be a fashion lover with style. His Iraqi room mate disappeared within days after the robbery and was nowhere to be found. The only way to find him was to find out who his lawyer was. When I asked around, I only got the name “Wouters in Brussels”, but not Inès Wouters.
There is no doubt that that this is the same Wouters lawyer I saw at the Church of Scientology between September 2011 and September 2012, because just as she sent me an invitation to join a dating site on “Twoo”, Zaki also received requests from women via Facebook in the days following the robbery of his locker, after which he cancelled his Facebook account altogether. This is how Ines Wouters works, through sex to turn people into sex beasts. I will gather the necessary evidence so that she doesn’t stay another day at the Brussels bar.
With regard to the letter addressed to Her Excellency Ursula von der Leyen, I would like to draw your attention to the frequent hostage-taking of women and children in your country, which does not attract the attention of the press, thus perpetuating human trafficking with impunity.
In my letter to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, I quoted Mr. Inès Wouters in her possible role in the death of the British Jessie Bartholomew, 19 years old, who, as an exchange student at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB – Free University of Bruxelles), came to follow an economics and accounting program in 1989, and she must have been introduced in one way or another to Daniel Renson. The latter slit the throat of the young woman who refused to have sex with him.
Inès Wouters is professor at the Solvay Institute of the ULB where she teaches tax law. That too is economics and accounting which Jessie was pursuing. The whole story is in the letter.
