Your Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
I wish you and your family a happy and wonderful year 2017, and a happy birthday to Her Royal Highness Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge
Padraig O’Hanlon, the ex-fighter of the Irish National Liberation Army (INLA) agrees to cooperate with the judicial authorities whether European or British Court, or the International Criminal Court and to witness against His Excellency André Azoulay for multiple murders.
The INLA preserved the blooded clothes of His Excellency Mr Azoulay in a safe place along with the clothes of other people who were assassinated. The INLA declares to make the clothes available for DNA investigations.
May I request the United Kingdom to recover this piece of evidence for realising a DNA research by several laboratories in the world :
- to verify if the stains in the clothes correspond with the DNA of Mr Andre Azoulay, and
- to compare the various results in order to dispel doubts about the involvement of my compatriot His Excellency Mr Azoulay in such crimes
I humbly thank you Your Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom.
Naima Mouali, President of the United Chambers
